"No better at the price!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

None to this point.

General comments?

Wonderful vehicle. Great looks, style, handling, and power. Wonderful for the money. I have never owned better.

I have 2003 Infiniti G 35 Sedan, I have had it since August 2002 and has 30K miles. At about 20K miles I have had a rattling noise from the front passenger side door or under the passenger seat. I have taken it to my dealership a couple of times and that noise still persists.

I’ve had my 2004 Infinity G35 6MT with Brembo Brakes, Desert Platinum exterior/Graphite interior since Nov 2003, which I bought as a birthday present to ME! The styling, tight suspension, maneuverability, and acceleration are some of the major highlights, OK forget highlights…it’s just plain AWESOME! I live in Miami, so flashy cars are everywhere; however, this car turns heads everywhere I go. Guys and Girls drool when I pull up and as I quickly pull away leaving them in the dust, since the 6MT is smooth as silk. This isn’t “your father’s Oldsmobile” or “grandma’s Betsy” if you’re looking for that go elsewhere. The few shortcomings of the “G” as is more commonly known are easily overcome by its performance, but here they go. For starters I wonder what the folks at Infinity were thinking, but for the price of this car, 36K, you would think they would’ve thrown in seat memory for the driver, at least! In addition, what about more options for the passenger seat as well. You can keep the heated seats, make that an option, and move the buttons from the current position. One can turn them on inadvertently. I’ve ended up with a heated back and bum a few times in the middle of a Miami summer. Next, the seat belts need to be adjustable. I feel like I’m choking every time I buckle-up. One size does not fit all as it pertains to seatbelts. I’ve driven without my seatbelt the discomfort is so great; however, I’d like to increase my chances of surviving an accident so I put up with it. Lastly, the rattles that come from the rear speakers and passenger side door never go away. I’ve taken it to the dealership several times to no avail. I understand no car is perfect, but this one almost is so I hope the people at Infinity read this review and get to work for the next model year. So far I have 38K and still loving it, but come trade-in time in a few years, I'm looking for some improvements in these areas.
