I had the car inspected in April 06 and need tie rods
$200.00.
Bought my j30 in March of 2006 from the original owner. It had just over 100,000 miles on it. Besides getting tie rods ($200.00) I have not spent a penny on it (113,000 miles now). The car drives like a dream and has great power. I have heard other reviews complain about gas mileage. The car is not a honda civic, it does have the 6 cylinder 300z engine in it. It is not the car for people looking for optimal gas mileage, although I am pleased with the approx. 21 mpg I get. It is very good looking car, very nice lines. Interior is very comfortable and my leather is in good shape except for drivers side door below window is beginning to deteriorate. If anyone knows of something to fix this problem lease let me know. The stereo will blow you away in this car, my cd players does act up, but usually play my ipod through stereo anyway. For the money these cars are the best kept secret ou there. Paid $3200.00 for this car from the ORIGINAL OWNER!! Was going to give it to my daughter when she gets her license in a few days, but after having it detailed, I can't part with it. Also, think it has too much power for a 16 year old.
I do agree. I got mine from my brother, who was also the original owner.
