My ABS caused me to have a four car accident, which I had no control over. I made a right turn and I had reached the speed of no more than 25 mph before my car started to hydroplane and fishtail out of control, and I wasn't able to control it.
My ABS had been popping on, and it popped on at the time of the accident. Even when my car was being towed away it was still locked up.
Also my airbags didn't deploy, and I was hit at speeds of 50mph or more 3 times by three different cars. My car was thrown in to the air and still not one of my airbags deployed and the car is total. But by the grace of god I survived this horrific accident.
I really feel that something should be done about this!!! (CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT) People are still out there in these cars with their lives are at stake, so we need to act now.

While it is unfortunate you had an accident, air bags will only go off when the correct sensors are hit on the front and sides as mandated by the dept. of transportation. I have seen cars totaled and not an air bag deployed because it was hit too high in the front and did not catch the bumper correctly.
