2000 Jaguar S-Type review from North America
"My 2000 Jaguar S-type IS a Lemon!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I've had this car for less than one year, and had nothing, but problems.
Driving on the interstate it just died.
I couldn't start car because bolt had rusted that was holding a wire to the battery. $180.00.
Headliner is falling in back.
Driver side window is broken.
It's hard to put car in gear.
Car was overheating, had to have a part replaced $300.00.
Trunk fills up with water (where the spare tire rests).
Trunk popped open while driving down the road.
I seriously thought I had bought a salvaged car before I read these comments.
I really would hate to sell it to anybody I knew.
Any Ideas??
General comments?
We had a 1996 Jaguar XJ6. Absolutely had no problems with it. After 250,000 miles later decided to get something more reliable. So we got this 2000 Jaguar S-type and I'm scared to drive it out of town!! Go figure!
