2000 Jaguar S-Type review from North America
"A very expensive piece of junk"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My transmission began acting up at 44,000miles. I took it in for service and they told me everything was fine. At 51,000 miles the transmission went totally bad and I took the car back in for service and Jaguar is saying that it is not their problem and they want to charge me 6,000 dollars for repairs at my cost. They are refusing to stand behind their car because they say the warranty expired at 50,000 miles. The service is very nasty now.
General comments?
I thought Jaguar stood for quality. The car is very beautiful.
