1993 Jeep Cherokee Country review from North America
"When a Jeep was still a Jeep"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Seals leaked (wind noise mostly)
Rips in seats (woven material snags stuff)
Fuel pump would drop pressure at crank
Cracked radiator
Crank Position Sensor
Heater Control valve leaked
Ignition coil (the only thing that left me stranded)
General comments?
Nice engine performance for its age
Fair ride on-road
Superb off-road abilities
Seats are comfortable
Rear seat folds very flat (unlike my mom's Liberty)
Great towing abilities
Steering's a bit too easy
Transmission sometimes is slow to respond
Various fluid leaks, but nothing unmanageable
