1988 Jeep Cherokee Laredo review from North America
"Pretty hardy 4x4 but moody"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Oil leaks-valve cover gasket & oil filter adapter o rings.
Oil in the air filter.
Ignition control problems.
General comments?
Jeeps have wierd problems. Parts are usually cheap, but vary & are from different companies as Jeep in '88 was transitioning from AMC to Chrysler. Like, ss is a Renault or Mitsubishi starter?
It's been a good outfit in a lot of ways, but the problems have dogged me out.
