The voltage regulator malfunctioned and over charged the battery casing it to fail and release battery acid in the engine bay.
I have added the optional 60w sub-woofer which I now LOVE, the car drives very well (lots of power) and the diesel is amazing on fuel compared to my last car. jeep has been great and have loaned me another cherokee until I receive mine back.
Can we get more comments on the towing ability of this diesel?
It sounds great, not too thirsty like its petrol version.
