1983 Jeep CJ7 review from North America
"My kids will be driving this long after I'm gone"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My CJ7 was not running when I bought it.
New:
Carb
radiator
battery
belts
plugs
wires
exhaust manifold
etc...
General comments?
CJ7s are by far the best pound for pound off road vehicles ever made. I love mine. It has a mild lift, 33 inch mudders, and is in perfect shape. I use it to commute every so often, but it is really just a toy. Boys will be boys even after they're grown. Jeeps let you revisit that child from time to time. Pavement, rock, dirt, sand, water... no problem. other CJ7 owners give you that knowing smile as they pass by. It costs a fortune to keep running, but it's worth every penny.
