1990 Jeep Comanche mj review from North America

What things have gone wrong with the car?
I thought it had bad lifter so I replaced all 8 put it back together and it's still making the same knocking sound sure sounds high on top side what's the chance it's the baring or do I need to let it run longer only had it running for 20min or so. any help out there?
General comments?
I love this truck only pd 800.00 for it, but have big plans it's 2wd so i'd like to lower it just alittle.
