1990 Jeep Comanche Pioneer review from North America
"Very reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced the alternator twice.
Radiator at 100000 miles.
Water pump at 110000 miles.
Valve cover gasket at 125,000.
I'm on my 3rd set of brakes.
The valve cover gasket is leaking again at 182000 miles.
I've been through 3 gear shift knobs.
I've got rust on the fenders where they meet the bed.
General comments?
I've owned my Comanche since 1990 when I bought it new.
It has never left me stranded.
I used it extensively off road in Utah.
I wish it came with an extended cab.
