2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo review from North America
"A lemon"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
WOW, I thought this jeep was a lemon, but apparently everyone else has been having the same problems.
Since my family bought the 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, we have replaced the engine, the water pump three times, and the brakes three times.
The lock on the back hatch door went out; that cost almost 500 to fix.
Now the front driver side lock has gone out, and it makes a loud noise when I lock or unlock the doors.
Now last night when I went to drive home, it started making a new noise and vibration when it idles, and when you start to go, it sounds like the engine is about to fall out; not quite sure what that is yet.
General comments?
Besides all of the mechanical problems, I love my Jeep. It is very comfortable and rides well when working properly. It's durable.
