1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo review from North America
"Fun, comfortable, capable, reliable, cheap 4x4"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
- Radiator replaced.
- Air conditioner started leaking on passenger floor (fixed with a rubber hose $3).
General comments?
- Drives awesome, it has many amenities, comfortable, space for everything and more.
- V8 is crazy powerful for the weight of this 4x4, reliable, and gets decent mileage. I get about 18mpg normal driving and about 20 on the highway.
- Comfortable in long rides and the coil suspension is marvelous off-road, mine came with the factory towing package, which includes heavy duty engine coolant radiator, heavy duty engine oil cooler and transmission oil cooler, 2" hitch, power plug, Dana 44 rear axle and 6500lbs of towing capacity.
- I think I'm keeping this car for a long time, but also would like to try the Limited or Orvis editions, which have more toys.
