2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited review from North America
"Money pit"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Driver's window went out at 64000 miles, entire window motor assembly required to fix: $300.
Cooling fan went out at 66000 miles. Being that the fan is hydraulic not electric the fan and shroud must be replaced ($750), as well as a new wiring harness ($60.
10-disc cd player is almost worthless... new cds skip and scratch immediately.
General comments?
I've had this car for barely 3 months and will be having to put more than $1500 into it already. I love the look and ride of the car, but would never have bought it if I knew it would have these problems so soon.
