2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo review from North America
"It's a good car, but little things seem to go wrong"
General comments?
I've had good luck with my 01 Grand Cherokee. Stock tires drove til 60k miles, but I have had same brake problem as everyone else is having. I'm soon to be on my 4th set of brakes at 95k. Little things seem to go wrong such as the hood no longer will stay up ($80 repair) and my engine light likes to go on once in awhile. I have noticed at the start of 90k, the transmission is starting to slip. The exterior is holding up beautifully (no rust or anything). The interior is holding up very well also. Besides the mechanicals of the vehicle I'd say the car is really built to last. I believe I would buy another Jeep.
