1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer review from North America
"Not for sale, ever"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Engine died after six months after purchase, however, I was already hooked and had a new AMC 360 installed via dealer. Replaced ancient, and complex vacuum lines. Replaced carpeting. Gas gauge does not work after the half empty mark. Air Conditioning never worked and will have to be fixed (100 degrees in Fresno in summer)
General comments?
The Grand Wagoneer is the grand daddy of SUV's. It handles flawlessly off road whether its snow, mud or just tough terrain. Gas mileage is horrendous, but what do you expect for a 6000 pound box.
