1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Final Edition review from North America
"I enjoy the vehicle, but use it on a very limited basis"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Head gasket
Crank Shaft replaced
The vehicle was sold by The Wagonmaster as having an original 360 V8. When the crankshaft was found to be badly scored as we were replacing seals and gaskets, the dealer discovered the engine was not a 360 but a 401. The 401 was not available in 1991. I have no idea what the real engine mile are.
I suggest any buyer of a vehicle such as this to not just rely on experts such as The Wagonmaster as they will sell their knowledge and expertise, but not back it up when problems arise. Buyer beware.
