1999 Kia Sephia review from North America
"It is a lemon"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My brakes and rotors have had to be replaced every 8,000 miles.
I was in an accident and the air bags never deployed, and since the accident my electric system has gone haywire.
My starter is not engadging. It will not start on cold days.
I have also replaced the battery 3 times, because it drains within 4 months.
General comments?
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about the lemon laws in minnesota, to see what legalities kia has or need to be involved with.
