1967 Land Rover 88 Series 2A review from UK and Ireland
"A cheap, classic 4 X 4"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The chassis requires a lot of work to pass the MOT.
Needs new rear section, outriggers and front sections.
Electrics were intermittent due to lose fuses, now sorted.
Needed new battery.
General comments?
This is one reliable car, it always starts on the button.
Its easy to work on as all the mechanics are easly accessible.
Nicknamed it the tank as as driving it requires arms like a gorrilla to do three point turns!
Good car to restore as parts are cheap and easy to get hold of.
