1961 Land Rover 88 Series 2 review from UK and Ireland
"Offroad fun at its best, soft tops are most excellent in summer"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Front Spring Hanger Rotten
Track rod end needed replacement
Seats needed replacement.
General comments?
Good off roader, fun to drive although sometimes hairy, painfully slow on the road, but offroad talent makes up for this. My landie has a series 3 unleaded engine and gearbox so is a bit better then the stock series 2 option.
