2004 Land Rover Discovery ES Preuimum Auto review from UK and Ireland
"Not as good as the older ones"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
S.R.S. Air bag light kept coming on dealer fixed 2nd visit.
Electronic gearbox controls faulty went into limp home mode, lights on dash all lite up. Ignition reset after speaking to dealer.
General comments?
I just sold my 2004 discovery, I have had different land rovers,
But this was not as good as I was expecting,
We have a young baby and the rear door opening is very small,
Drivers seat leg room is very limited for a tall person, also with seat fully back not much room behind for rear passengers,
Diesel 14-25 mpg very poor.
On the plus side nice drive, big boot.

| 2005 - Discovery HSE 2.7 diesel Great, but I don't think it will last 5 years, so will sell before the warranty is out! |
| 2003 - Discovery Landmark 2.5 Td5 turbo diesel Out dated, agricultural dinosaur, but I love it |
