Head gasket failed 56,000 miles.
Front drivers drive shaft 55,000 miles.
Brakes squeaking continually... replaced... still squeaking now.
Air conditioning failed 60,000 miles.
Rear transmission case unit 'blew' 68,000 miles.
Rear window just opens on its own, and apparently at random.
Alarm and central locking unreliable since got the car.
The only thing I like about this car is the colour...!!!
I can't believe the review I just read its almost as if I had written it my self!
My 1999 xi has also.
3 gear boxes (38,000miles and 40,000miles)
Rear window opening when it fancies it!
Back seat passenger windows seal leaks, was fixed leaking again!
Head gasket (56,000 miles)
2 back boxes this year.
3 lots of key fobs.
Problem with immobiliser, car doesn't start sometimes.
Land rover can't find a problem.
And now I can't even sell it! no one wants it!
