Water pump at ~150k.
Alternator ~150k.
Cracked radiator in 1999 (mileage unknown)
Front seat side panel wore badly - was replaced in ~1999.
We've had this car a long time, so it is hard to remember all maintenance repairs many of which are expected (such as the alternator dying so late in life).
It is a 5-speed which is wonderful, but not the typical.
For the most part, it has required few major repairs.
Lexus dealership work is incredibly expensive.
The dealerships are great -- some even have internet access and other nice services as well as good repair.
Good review.
Some things you can't fault the car.
Water pump should be replaced on schedule @ 120,000 miles with the second timing belt replacement.
Radiators don't normally fail if you change the coolant/thermostat/Pressure caps on schedule.
