Nothing, noticed the alloy rim had developed a hair line crack. After taking the car into Parramatta Lexus, for a 60,000km service, it was replaced at no cost, even though the Warranty had expired.
Had considered and test driven many other European luxury cars. This car has it all. Excellent build quality, Japanese reliability, perfomance and numerous features which come standard, unlike Mercedes and BMW
where they are options. Great to drive.
Sounds Like as a Lexus Dealer for me.
I agree with the review; thus, the Lexus dealership service is exceptional. While possibly not as good as the service I had with Mitsubishi (transmission was replaced free after warranty expired!), it is still acceptable. About two weeks ago I had a huge problem with the traction control system on my wifes es300 and it would often turn itself on and off and often cause the car to stall at the lights when not accerated. It would make the car 'rougher' to drive and often make the wheels swing out more on bends and corners than they should also made the car feel less sure footed in wet weather. It was going to cost $800 for a new TCL system because it wasn't under warranty, but they offered to do it for free. I was shocked as the car is two years out of warranty. I recommend not only Lexus, but also Mitsubishi because of the after-sales service they offer compared to companies (Ford, Holden, Toyota and even BMW) I have dealed with in the past.
