1994 Lexus GS300 from UK and Ireland - Comments

What things have gone wrong with the car?

When new the indicator ticking used to come out of a rear speaker, but the dealer fixed this.

It once cut out in traffic but restarted immediately.

That's it.

General comments?

With 73,000 miles in 4 years this 94 Lexus was magnificent except for sluggish performance below 60mph, the stereo and air conditioning were the best I have ever encountered. No matter how far I drove I always felt as fresh and relaxed as when I got in.

Just purchased the 1998 model, which sorts out the main flaws in the car. It has a 5 speed auto box, a practically sized boot and better headlights.

Hello. I am a very proud new owner of

a used 1998 Lexus GS300. This is the newest

car I've ever purchased. My first two cars were

at least 10 years old and both were Honda Accord

and the Toyota Corolla.

When I bought the '98 GS300, the engine

already had 79,000 miles. At first, I did have many

reservations about this high mileage.

However after owning this car for no more

than 3 months and adding 7,000 miles later,

the car still feels wonderful and makes me

feel secured and proud of this beautiful

looking car. I'll admit I look out of my bedroom

window just to appreciate my new "used"

car just about every other if not every day!

P.S. I am still learning the neat features of this

car! Also, I've been listening to music much

more than ever since I have a CD Player. As

a deaf person, I consider that last statement

a wonderful compliment for Lexus.
