2004 Lexus IS200 SE Navigator review from UK and Ireland
"Well built and well specified mid range saloon"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing - it's been very reliable as I would expect. Small rumble/rattle from driver's window area. I'll get this attended to at first service.
General comments?
This is a very good car. However, it needs to be revved to perform well which can result in poor fuel economy.
I find the Lexus comfortable on the whole and the DVD based Sat. Nav. is an excellent if expensive option.
My dealer has been courteous and responsive. The 6 speed manual is precise, although I feel 6th gear itself could do with being a longer, as it is not a relaxed motorway/expressway cruiser like my previous Audi.
