1965 Lincoln Continental Convertible review from North America
"A chariot that exists in a realm of its own"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Alternator was replaced.
Power steering metal line replaced.
New shocks, new suspension bushings, some minor trouble with electric convertible top.
General comments?
This is the the greatest open car ever from the USA, and maybe one of the greatest cars of all time.
It has a marvelous timeless appearance that simply outclasses anything from any other maker at almost any price.
It remains comfortable, drivable, and most of all, spectacularly enjoyable. This car is a brilliant masterpiece which only becomes more wondrous with the passage of time.
