1978 Lincoln Continental Town Coupe' review from North America
"I'm closing a deal on another one this week!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Hydro-Boost brake system lines, master cylinder were in need of repair. Fuel lines were rusted. The body has the usual "Rust-Belt" holes.
General comments?
Equipped with a tow package this will out tow many pickup trucks. And regularly does! The comfort factor is the main reason I chose this vehicle as a daily driver. With an upgraded suspension and tires I can out-distance and out-handle quite a few "performance" cars on the road. My dog prefers this car to all my others for windows, moonroof open cruizing.
