2001 Lincoln LS review from North America
"The LS is a very good car if you take care of it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The LS is a great car.
I have only had two things go wrong with it, and that is the second O2 sensor just went bad a couple months ago, and the back passenger's side window came off the track, but only after someone tried to break into the car by pulling the cracked window down.
But other than that, it runs fine and works fine.
General comments?
I love this car. I'm not a big fan of Ford, but the LS is a great car.
It runs fine, I get OK gas mileage for a V8, it could have have some more horse power, but it can go pretty quick.
Mine handles very well. I took it around some looping turns the other day doing about 100mph, and it stuck to the ground.
I've read some of these comments on this car from other people, and I think that it really is just bad drivers to tell you the truth. If you don't take care of a car and drive it like crap, it will go to crap, and I think that's what's going on with everyone who complains about the car, because mine is a 2000 with 114,000 miles on it, and it runs like it was brand new.
