2000 Lincoln LS from North America - Off Topic Comments

So you guys are all having problems with this Lincoln Model. Well its because it's a FORD!! What is it with Ford and lack of quality. I swear Ford builds nothing, but junk regardless of MSRP.

This is a cop out. There are many many examples of cars that are of the same age as these Lincolns yet have nowhere near the problems.

Yes, used cars will cost more in repairs as they age, but if they are built right to begin with those repairs are minor.

I have 2000 ls and I want to install a 2002 lower conreol arm in it will it fit the same way because the stud on the 200 is a 15mm and the stud on the 2002 is a 16mm, but I'm not sure if they will fit??someone help.

2000 Lincoln Navigator -

I am having the same problems. My brother and sister in-law gave me this car and they have already over the past 6 months spent $3,000 for repairs and I took the car in because the engine light was on and they keep the car for 2 days and then decided to tell me that it was misfired coming from cylinders #3 & #4, and found coolant in spark plugs cambers. Blew out coolant and retested and found coil failed stress test. and now want over $600 for repairs. This car is a piece of crap and I will never buy one, I feel like giving this crap back to my family, but it was free. I have a 2000 jeep and never had problems with it.

I took the car this Saturday to a different place and the guy is going to replace the coils for $180 and also told me that the problems that occurred was from the last repair, which the dealer did.

Please let me know about the lawsuit also and please post the information. My sister in-law has all the paperwork that she repaired on this piece of crap.

I am praying that something be done about this. They know this car has more problems then the law allows.
