2001 Lincoln Navigator review from North America
"I will not buy another one...ever"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have only put 47,000 miles on this car and take excellent care of it, you know, regular scheduled maintenance, tire rotations, etc. And now, the rings and pinions are shot...$1400.00 worth to fix it!! I thought by buying a better car that I would probably not have major problems with it...WRONG!
I guess you really don't get what you pay for! I sold my 1998 Nissan Maxima in 2005 for $1200.00, it had 157,000 miles on it, and the kid is still driving it today,,,, no messed up rings and pinions on that car...Man, it just really hacks me off to have to put out that kind of money on a car that is supposed to be the top-of-the-line..Maybe I'll trade it for another Nissan.. then there is Car-fax or whatever it is, they list 6 problems with my car, but.. you have to pay $24.99 to get the report.. why don't they make these reports open to the BUYING public? You know, like when you buy a house, they have a disclosure clause.. sure would have saved me some money...
