1991 Lincoln Town Car Executive review from North America

Nothing has gone wrong since my purchasing the car. When I bought it I had to replace drivers power window motor.

I found the car in auto trader for $1,100.00. I was worried and thought it had to be really junk for such a price. The owner was a elderly gentleman that due to health reasons could no longer drive and I felt comfortable with what he told me about the history of the car plus car had a clean Car Fax to backup his claims. Car drives like a dream. I have had 4 new cars in the last 12 years and none of them come close to driving like this now 17 year old Lincoln Towncar with over a 100,000. I feel guilty that I paid so little for the car. I have friends that have new Cadillacs, BMW's and Mercedes and none ride any better if as good and these guys have 40 plus thousand invested in their cars.

It may fall apart the next time I start it but I have already more than got my monies worth and would feel that way if I had paid 4 times as much. There are a lot of these old Town Cars out there for under $2,500 that have less than a 100,000 miles and have a lot of life left in them so if you are on a budget and want a lot of car for little money you can't go wrong. 20 miles per gallon city/highway and over 24 on highway. Not bad for a 4,000 pound car.
