1995 Lincoln Town Car Signature review from North America
"What an American luxury car should be"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing other than routine maintenance until about 98,000 miles:
Crank Position Sensor replaced by dealer for $ 260.
Right rear power window motor beginning to act up.
Digital dash goes out for about 20 seconds, then returns to normal. It has done this three times now. The dealer can't explain this one yet.
General comments?
Fantastic car - Comfortable and luxurious. Great leather seats and nice wood grain accents.
Easy to drive and maneuver. Handling is adequate, but the steering is just too vague. Performance is excellent for a vehicle this size.
I like the 95-97 body style much better than the 98-03 versions.
