2005 Mazda 6 GT Sport Wagon review from North America
"I highly recommend buying a Mazda 6"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The transmission was hard shifting when I hit about 65-80km/h at around 3000-4000rpm. This problem was fixed with a free software upgrade from Mazda.
Rear brake pads were worn unevenly. They were changed by the dealer and work fine now.
Rear rotors were scored badly. They were changed by the dealer and are fine now.
Heard rattling in the engine at low rev's. This is due to the fact that the Mazda 6 has a timing chain, which will outlast the owner, as opposed to a timing belt that needs to be replaced.
General comments?
I absolutely love the interior and exterior looks of the car.
The handling in the city or highway is very smooth and comfortable for short or long trips.
The Bose sound system that the car comes with is crystal clear.
