Uh, where to start!
All the tires had to go, all 4 rotors and pads, braking system flush, most of the exhaust system, 2 front springs and shocks (manufacterer defect that was found 2 weeks after the springs broke). all 4 suspension links, sparks, plug wires, timing belt, water pump (that was replaced at 100,000 and at 130,000 because of weird noises it was making) Leaking coolant, so now I carry a can of coolant to add every now and then. Leaking oil pan and valve cover (oil drips from under oil cover onto the exhaust and the cars starts to smell like burning oil) and power antenna failed.
I will just say the best things about this car first: Awsome handling on the high way's, so you don't have to adjust the steering all the time to stay on the road. Big trunk space. Awsome stereo system and none of the speakers are blown even after 11 years. Braking is really good too especially if your ABS is working. Really comfortable ride, but can get bumpy on bad roads. Doesn't rust as bad as hondas and toyotas of its decade.
Now the bad stuff: Bad handling on low speed curvy roads, a lot of body roll. Paint is fading away and is leaving big white spots (same happened to my friends brother car which is 1994 too),leaking trunk, headlights aren't that powerfull, when side orange and red lapms die it's a lot of work to replace them. its really slow, especially when the car goes from 2 to third gear the acceleration ends and its pretty bad when you are trying to got on a high way.
Awsome description of this really unreliable car, I've had 1995 626 for a while now and it just doen't stop braking. Next time it brakes I will just bring it to the Junk Jard and let them deal with it.
