2000 Mazda 626 ES review from North America

It's all in the transmission!!!

Geez, where do I begin, well let's put it this way, my O/D light goes on the engine races and then pulls. replaced Transmission on 9/01/2005 finished paying the car. Got the car back the transmission is doing the same thing my mechanic, used a diagnostic computer nothing showing on it, still does the same thing. I'm very very upset, I thought that I would take a breather from monthly car payments, I had just finsihed paying off my 5 million year payment and now look what happened. it seems that I will never have a beather from car payments cause know I need to find a new car. If Mazada knew about this then they should have told the consumer. We struggle day in day out to pay the monthly payments, thinking that by the end of the last payment we have good relaible car. Now I am, less my last payment, out of $1500.00 to replace the transmission (by the way the mechanic is a friend of mine, I've heard about people paying as much as $3000.00 for a new one) No car, and also out of $24,000.00 that I worked so hard to pay off. The is unfare and I hope there is a class action suit against Mazda, they are ripping off people. Oh and by the way the service center at the dealers, it seems they all want to drive Mercedes Benz by the amount they charge for everything, I'm talking $200.00 for a regular tuneup, This is ridiculous a tuneupe should not cost you more the $50.00 - $60.00 dollars if you do it yourself.

A long time ago I had immense faith in Mazda, Now there is no way I will ever by from Mazda Again.
