1995 Mazda 626 LX review from North America
"Very reliable car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have a Mazda 626 1995, manual transmission, and it's running really good. I had only a few minor problems with it.
The first problem I had is that I had to change the bearings at about 150000 miles, which came out to be about 1000 bucks.
The second problem I had is that the muffler fell off at 160000 miles. it cost me about 300 bucks to fix it, but it fell off because it rusted through.
The car leaks oil a little bit, but I haven't had to fill it up with oil between oil changes.
Also the power antenna does not come up anymore, but that does not really bother me nor I listen to the radio. That's all of the problems that I could think of.
General comments?
Mazda 626 has a very good mileage about 30 miles highway and 25 in city. (Stick, 4 cylinder).
Very comfortable and feature rich interior.
Every thing still works, and very cheap maintenance.
