1987 Mazda 626 GLX from UK and Ireland - Comments

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Main bearing oil seal, driveshaft CVs. Apart from that just usual wear and tear items. Had new brake discs at 105,000.

General comments?

It's my second 626. The first was a manual 5-speed injection which I sold on at 156,000 still with factory-fitted clutch and gearbox. The head had never been off as far as I know. Never took a single drop of power steering fluid in the 66,000 miles of my ownership. This one is an auto and the gearbox is wonderful. As usual all the little gadgets and gizmos work perfectly. It's losing a bit of transmission fluid but, hey, it's done 120,000! Smashing car.

Hello! My name is Bogdan and I have a 626 glx mazda with automatic transmission! It's a wonderfull car!

I have to specify that I'm from Romania and, here the street are pretty bad, but, with all this, this "little" wonder makes her job. I love this car and no matter how much will cost me to keep it perfect I'll have for the rest of my driving days!

Thank you very much.

P.S. If you have any other parts from it I'm interested to buy them, because I need to be shure that I'm covered with the original ones!

My email is bogdanga@yahoo.com.
