1994 Mazda 929 review from North America

The only problem that we have ever had was while the vehicle was still under warranty. We were unable to remove the ignition key from the key slot. After repeated visits to the local dealer, I contacted Mazda, USA. They must have gcounciled the dealer for the replacement of the transmission computer corrected the issue.

We have had absolutely no expenses with the vehicle except for the required periodic inspections.

The design of the car is still appealing and I believe far ahead of its time. It is still among the most handsome styles ever.

Rattles drive me nuts. This car has none.

It took me awhile to get used to the softer ride of my previous car, a Toyota Cressida.

Compared to my prior vehicle I find that it is just a bit underpowered.

The upholstery and appearance is as if new, but then again, it has always been garaged.

I especially appreciate the low operating costs: gas and the periodic required inspections are its only expenses. (It still uses not one drop of oil between oil changes.)

I have never replaced any parts since buying this rig.

It has never had a tune-up except for the one time that I did change the spark plugs.

The seats are comfortable and the leather shows no sign of wear nor are there any stitches broken.

The only time that there is any wind noise is when the sunroof is open.
