1992 Mazda 929 sentia review from Australia and New Zealand
"Eleltric everything - great creatur comfort, but watch out for lemons"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
You name it:
2 rear 4WS sensors - good for doing involuntary 360 deg turns on busy roundabouts
water pump / engine overheat
power steering.
Front driver/passenger door trims all came loose.
Suspension got reallllly sooooft - it was like riding on a boat.
General comments?
Quiet as a church on a Monday morning,
good around corners with "good" tyres.
Definitely needs more power.
Great bodyshell - exposed sheet metal (through a crack in the paintwork) went on for 6 months without any sign of rust...
Put a straight 6 Toyota drivetrain in this baby and it should rock your ass off.
Not very reliable - possibly through the lack of care on the previous owner's part.
