1990 Mazda B2200 desert rat review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
-blew head gasket at 100,000 kms.
-replaced hydraulic Valve lash adjusters at 207,000 Kms.
-independent mechanic wrecked my carb. now I need a new one.
-bench seats are uncomfortable on long drives.
General comments?
replaced the Hydraulic Valve lash adjusters today (207,000 KMS) still get a fluttery ticking noise. (cylinder head is brand new....), i change my oil around every 2500 - 3000 KMs and use a genuine mazda oil filter. Any comments on why there still is ticky fluttery valve train noise would be helpful....
