1993 Mazda MPV review from North America
"It's an economic mini van"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Transmission was dead at 55,000 miles and rebuilt, but died again at 120,000
miles and rebuilt again cost $1800. I should trade-in or donate it before this happened. Starter also replaced at 121,000 miles, but it become more weird and tricky to start the engine, although using high octane gasoline. But it passed Firestone's diagnostic and all checks, still don't know what's wrong with it. I have to give it away soon, although the outside looks good.
General comments?
In general, it's a cheapter mini van than other Japanese maker.
