1992 Mazda MX3 Eunos Equippe (Japanese Import from UK and Ireland - Comments

22nd Oct 2002, 16:50

"Blows my old Metro to shreds!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Difficult to get parts for cheaply as very few breakers stock them second-hand.

Could not obtain new parcel shelf or Haynes Manual!

Sidelights wrong color (MOT failure)

Electric window switch broken.

Door Spoiler cracked.

Rear spoiler lacquer cracked.

Rear light cluster broken.

Paintwork needs retouching.

General comments?

Bought as a bargain, now worth over 3 times what I paid for it. Only problem has been spares and the increased petrol costs.

Front seats comfortable, back seats legroom non existent.

Fun to drive and worth every penny.

View to rear restricted.

Good Comments abouts the MX3 Eunos, Just got one imported from Japan Myself and coudn't be more happier. Got a 1992 model with 62000 miles on clock and there isn't anything wrong with it, the only thing that failed on M.O.T. was rear fog light which turnrd out to be a dodgy earth line to the chassis which I fixed myself in 10 minutes. This car is excellent value for money and would reccommend to anyone especially the japanese import which is a lot more "Tight" than the british model.
