1992 Mazda MX3 V6 from UK and Ireland - Comments

I just bought a 92 MX-3 V-6, and it runs awesome in park and neutral, but try and take off in drive and it bunny hops like I'm having sex in it. It's most likely a sensor, but these cars are new to me and I don't know where to start!! Any ideas would be awesome... Thanks all.

I bought 1992 MX3 V6 and aside from replacing brakes and rotors, struts, and muffler, which was understandable because the car had sat stationary for a year outside in Vermont, USA. I like this car a lot; very fun to drive, but now I am having problems with condensation and a leak (when it rains) that runs into the passenger side floor. I can't seem to find where it's coming in (and labor is expensive here). Any self-help ideas out there? And by the way, the car started immediately after installing a new battery; quite amazing considering current weather here!

Hi peeps I av just bought a mx3 1.8v6 and when it is at idle sounds like it is miss firing if I rev stationary then go to pull of it borks but also has a hissing sound cmn from the air box cld this just be an air leak other than that it sounds unreal has big back box on and new air filter when I bought it it had been stood for 3 mnths or so cld ne1 help me thnx grant.

We just purchased a 1993 Mazda MX3. Issue: When the vehicle is at an idle in gear, the engine revs up and down. If you place it in Neutral, then it does not rev up and down. Has anyone else had this issue, or do you have any ideas on what the issue could be that is causing this?
