1990 Mazda MX5 eunos roadster review from UK and Ireland

Absolutely nothing apart from a snapped accelerator pedal.

My mx5 was fairly tuned and was dyno'd at 163 bhp because of this it was seriously quick and due to the fitment of coil-over suspension and 17" alloys handled perfectly. Although it was shocking on fuel 23mpg max 15 around town I didn't mind as it was amazing fun to drive and astonishingly reliable despite the abuse I gave it. The interior is the usual blend of boring brittle japanese plastic, but with a few chrome trick bits and the addition of some cobra seats was transformed into a nice place to be, but above all everything worked!! I would seriously recommend buying the hard top if you are doing a lot of miles and also it makes the car look like a mini RX7!! and people always asked what it was even a copper once. The only fault I could ever find about the car is that the front bumper is bloody ugly!! but could easily be resolved with an after market body kit. what more can I say the oldest, but the most fun and reliable car I have ever owned. I have bought another one and am planning to fit an SR20 DET engine from a 200sx nissan to make this one even more fun.
