2003 Mazda Protege 5 review from North America
"Look, but Don't Buy One"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The headlights went out at 35k miles and dealer claimed they weren't Mazda bulbs, would not fix them.
The transmission bit it at 40k miles just 4 months out of warranty. Mazda refused assistance even though the repair called for a redesigned hub which covered the the clutch plates and gears that were fried! Not waiting for more troubles to bite me in the wallet!!!
Color it gone!!!
General comments?
This car has serious problems with it after reading reviews and experiencing it first hand, RUN AWAY! It's just another bad Ford Product and as long as I own a driveway another will never be parked in it again!
