1994 Mazda Protege DX review from North America
"A great bargain with plenty of power under the hood"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing really has gone wrong with my Protege. I do regular oil changes and that kind of stuff, but I have never had major repairs.
General comments?
For a 1.8L SOHC 4 cylinder it has pretty decent kick. I have an automatic and it's pretty smooth. This car, once it breaks 60MPH, takes off! The takeoff power is a bit weak, but more than sufficient.
