1985 Mazda RX7 Rotary Coupe review from North America
"Find a 5 speed and hold on!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Not a lot of knee room for tall people.
The window tracks become out of line over time.
No interior trunk release.
It's hard to come up with things that are bad with this car.
My paint is starting to peel.
Parts are harder to come by than for American cars.
Could use some more power, but I won't complain too much.
General comments?
This is an amazing piece of machinery. I've never driven a car that handles and grips like this car. The clutch is so smooth and is a blast to drive.
Mine is over 20 years old and drives better than my dad's 2000 car. It's light, quick on its feet. Loves to go fast in corners.
Good stereo set-up.
Best bang for your buck old school sports car. I got mine for $500 so I can't complain about anything. Easy to work on. A very good investment.
