Nothing serious,
front break discs and pads.
This is my second Mercedes and definitely won't be my last.
It still drives like new even though it has covered 180000 miles.
The Mercedes build quality is faultless.
It's performance is great.
I have only ever bought breaks in the 30000 miles since buying it, so how can people say they are expensive to maintain.
It's leather interior is as good as the day it left the factory.
I have driven a lot of other cars, it is always a great pleasure to get back behind the wheel of my Mercedes.
1. Poor service from authorized dealer.
2. Several defects like wirings, fuel pump, and latch of the hood.
I have had transmission shifting problems.. they say that there is a plastic part that wears down and I am having it redone as when it is cold it will not shift... the car has to warm up...
I replaced the engine wiring harness and now have to decide whether I will replace the head gasket (small oil leak) or be at the mercy of a mechanic. It's somewhat of a big job, but for the price saved on labor, I can buy enough tools to do it, plus a factory repair manual and throw in a tropical vacation.
A really nice driving car that is well worth putting back in order.
Got mine at a donated car auction with 151,000 miles.
