"Great looks, but not reliable"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The faults on this new Mercedes is quite long, too long for such a well named brand the following is this list which is unbelievable in just 15 months.

Air condition was repaired twice.

Diesel leak on engine.

Power window motor replaced.

Power window cable replaced.

Front passenger head lamp replaced.

Rear fuse box replaced.

Ignition key replaced twice.

Inside door handle replaced.

Plastic cover next to accelerator pedal replaced.

Foot brake repaired.

First and second gear with some other parts in gear box replaced.

Front shock absorbers rubber replaced.

General comments?

This car is great on the road, but all these faults in just 15 months is way too much as specially when it's a Mercedes-Benz.

The Company in Germany is aware of all the situation, but the are very unhelpful and arrogant too, they simply refer you to the agent and that's it.

I wish to replace such a faulty car, but it already took 6 weeks to decide with no answer yet.

For the gear box to be repaired already took 6 weeks because not all the parts where ordered and I had to wait for the remaining once, in the mean time I was given a Renault Megane, but before that a was given a Renault Clio with out at least a radio or air condition and just before that they gave me a Kia Shuma with which I had an accident due to the fact that the car had no ABS and I am now used to it.

So you've had an accident because you're used to ABS now?

It's not your fault, but ABS's?

What would happen if you'd drive a truck before...I'm afraid to even think about it... How arrogant can you get man?

Men like you are menace to society, better stay off the road.

The man was just saying that MB should have given him a decent car to use. If you drive with ABS brakes to take advantage of the ABS, you have to punch your foot to the floor. If you do that with a normal car, the wheels will lock straight away, which is probably what happened to him.
